RETURNS / EXCHANGES POLICY

DOMESTIC ORDERS (WITHIN THE UNITED STATES):

We offer returns/exchanges for all purchases as long as requested and shipped within 14 days of receiving your order. Please be sure to send back your item in good condition (detailed below).

PLEASE NOTE – All items purchased from the Sale Page or purchased using a Promotional Discount (holiday sales, etc.) are FINAL SALE (no returns/exchanges).

NOTE – SIERRA ET AGUA Swimwear will not accept a return on merchandise that has been worn, washed or is missing original tags and hygienic liners. Please de cautious of any makeup/deodorant marks on merchandise, as we will not grant a return on damaged items. We have the right to deny any return if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

1. Make a return or exchange request as soon as possible using our email info@sierraetagua.com or WhatsApp chat (+1) 7865642060.
2. Package all returnable items with tags & original packing.
3. Print out return label.
4. Drop off package at any Coordinadora office, or Coordinadora team will pick up the package at your address:  55 NE 5th St Unit 4607,Miami, FL 33132
5. You will receive a confirmation email once we successfully receive your items back at the warehouse and a tracking number.

NOTE – The customer is responsible for the shipping cost. If the customer notices any defect or damage to the garment upon receiving it, please print the original invoice ant attach a shortly description of the reason, in this case SIERRA ET AGUA does assume the shipping cost, and will make a refund or, exchange the product.

SHIPPING

We ship from Miami, Florida (USA). All orders are processed same day if received by 1pm EST, all later orders will ship the next business day. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
When placing your order, please confirm that all billing and payment information is accurate to avoid any delays in shipment. Signature upon delivery is not required. Please contact UPS or Customer Service if you would like to add a required signature to your delivery.

NOTE – We do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

Standard Shipping
- We offer free standard shipping in Domestic United States on all orders over $100.
- Orders under $100 will have a shipping cost. Price depends on the state. You can see accurate fees in the checkout.
- ETA is 3-5 business days depending on the State. You can see specific times in the checkout after entering your address.
- All orders with a physical address will be shipped with UPS.

NOTE – Orders destined to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, or military addresses will be shipped with USPS, and transit time may take longer. You can see more accurate times in the checkout.
